Standard K-9 Vest with Phone Zipper Pouch

Many search and rescue teams use CalTopo as a digital mapping and operational platform to plan searches, assign grid segments, track field personnel in real time via GPS and satellite devices. This live intelligence is then shared between incident command, ground and air units. A K-9's activity can be monitored as well.

With our Standard K-9 Vest, we have added a zippered phone pouch, where a handler can secure a cellular device inside to link with CalTopo during a training or mission. On both sides of the K-9 Vest, below the pouch, are reflective patches. You can choose from these options: SEARCH DOG, RESCUE Cross or SEARCH Cross or leave blank.

Our stock sells out fast. We will notify you if your K-9 Vest is on back order. Turnaround is 1-2 weeks if not sooner. They are individually made in the USA not bulk produced.

The Essentials

• Phone Pouch Size: Width (zipper opening) - 3", Length - 6-3/4"; custom sizes available
• Fabric: Cordura® is a durable, lightweight, water repellent material that helps protect the dog from rough terrain.
• Colors: Black, Caribbean, Emerald Green, Dark Green, Gold, Grape, Kelly Green, Mango, Navy, Neon Green, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, Olive Drab, Orange, Peach, Purple, Ranger Green, Red, Royal Blue, Teal, Turquoise, White, Wine or Yellow. There are various greys and browns available upon request.
• Patches: 3M Scotchlite; creates a bright image from a great distance when a light sources shines upon it.
• Fasteners: Sturdy side release buckles; Velcro, optional, or any combination. Elastic Webbing also available upon request. No extra charge.
• Washes Easy: Soak in warm water with dish detergent then let hang and drip dry.
• Personalization (Optional): Single or two lines of embroidery on the back of the vest in block or script style
• Additional Patches (Optional): We can sew on other patches. Just send them our way. Let us know where you want them. Or, add from our sew-on reflective collection. Fees vary.

Size

For a proper fit, measure your dog from shoulder to hips then find the correct LENGTH on the Size Chart. Our sizing is based on material coverage.
