At SAR Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange for an item bought directly from SARshop.com, we are here to help.

Policy Overview

30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date.
Condition: Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless the return in due to a SAR Shop error.

Gift Returns

Returns made with a gift receipt will receive a full refund in the form of a merchandise credit.

How to Return or Exchange by Mail

You can ship your return using the carrier of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Copy Your Invoice: Make a copy of the original order invoice for your personal records.
Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if it is in good condition and seal it securely with tape.
Include Documentation: Insert a copy of your invoice inside hte package to help us expedite your request.
Label Your Package: Affix your shipping label to the outside. Your name and return address must be clearly printed on the label, or the package will be refused.
Ship with Tracking: Send your package using a service that includes tracking. Please note we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Special Products & Exceptions

Clearance & Seconds: All items purchased from the Clearance and Seconds sections are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders: Personalized or custom items—including trading cards, bookmarks, embroidered patches, personalized garments, and K-9 Vests—are non-refundable.
Gift Cards: SAR Shop Git Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. To replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged gift card, proof of purchase is required.
